PFOA and PFOS "Forever Chemicals" Water Test (East for West)
This kit tests your well or city water for the "Forever Chemicals" PFOA and PFOS including chemicals found throughout our environment as well as in drinking water. Previously known as PFC's, they were widely used in cookware, fast food packaging, stain and water resistant products (clothing, shoes, rugs, etc.), as well as key ingredients for fighting fires in industrial fire foam used on military bases and industrial locations. There are hundreds of compounds that fall into the PFAS (Per-and-Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) category.
This test quantifies the presence of the two most common PFAS chemicals: PFOA and PFOS.
