Shipping policy

As of 06/2023 Shipping is calculated at checkout for USA purchasers. Other locations: please contact us for a shipping estimate prior to order so that it might be included in one payable transaction for you. If shipping applies, a separate shipping invoice must be paid prior to shipping.
Know Your H2O Does Not Accept PO Box Shipping - please provide a physical mailing address. If a PO box order was placed in error - you will receive an email requesting a physical address. Orders will be delayed based on the length of time it takes to receive this information from the customer.
Note that it can take up to 7 business days for orders to be processed. Once processed, the order ships using the carrier and timeline the customer selected when placing the order. The total receipt timeline equals the processing time + the carrier's shipping timeline. Know Your H2O is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier; address these directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided upon shipping.
